Store PIck: Barrel: #670 Age: 6 Years Finish: 2 Years & 7 Month Charr/Toast: 31 Medium Proof: 116% Nose: maple, Toffee, Butterscotch, Sadalwood, Charred Oak. Tasting Notes: Toasty creme brûlée Fresh Charred Oak, Vanilla Toffee. Butterscotch, Mpale, Sadalwood, Cherry Oak with hint of berries.

5 Years MGP (Oct 2016 distillation date) with last few months also includes 29 hand Charred Oak Staves down in the barrel. Oak staves added to the Charred Oak gives that spice finish that you hardly find it in any of the Wheated Bourbon. Final notes: Caramel, Honey, Burnt Sugar, Cherry Wood, plenty of Oak with spice (Charred Oak) finish. This might be our favorite pick so far.
